SGA announces semester goals
Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus Student Government Association is happy and eager to announce our three most exciting goals for the Fall 2017 semester.
After prioritizing the student body’s suggestions and concerns to better the campus experience of FDU, the first goal is to create an updated smoking policy on campus.
Additionally, SGA is pushing for a designated interfaith room. This private space will be a safe room for students of any religion to take part in their respective practices.
Thirdly, SGA is in the works of placing a shuttle system form of transportation on campus for any FDU student in need of a ride off campus in the surrounding areas of Morristown and Madison.
SGA hopes to accomplish these goals and many more tasks throughout the academic year.
If you or your friends are interested in joining a more active student voice on campus, please feel free to attend SGA’s open meetings on Tuesday’s from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. in the Wroxton Room. Free pizza will be served at all meetings.
SGA was scheduled to have FDU President Capuano attend the Oct. 10 meeting.
Polidoro is VP of communication and technology for the Florham Campus’ SGA.
